About the Role:
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Your role will include:
- Managing Guest Arrival and Departure: Greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a seamless and efficient process.
- Providing World-Class Customer Service: Offer personalized attention, resolve issues promptly, and exceed guest expectations.
- Collaborating with Colleagues: Work closely with our housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Staying Organized: Manage room allocations, maintain accurate records, and stay on top of administrative tasks.
