We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substantive Instructor to join our team at Gibb Group - Trauma Resus. As a Substantive Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of training courses across the UK and Europe, focusing on advanced first aid and trauma resuscitation.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality training courses to a range of staff at different grades, ensuring excellent knowledge and skills transfer.
- Support other instructors in delivering courses and act as a professional subject matter expert, representing the values and ethos of Trauma Resus.
- Ensure all training equipment is in good condition and fit for purpose, providing advice on procurement as needed.
- Work with the lead IQA to ensure all external accreditation criteria are fulfilled and maintained.
- Support Trauma Resus exhibitions and conferences as required, and contribute to quality improvement projects as directed by the head of training.
- Current professional registration with either GMC, NMC, or HCPC.
- Level 3 Teaching & Assessing qualification or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent organisation and administration skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Good knowledge of products used for delivering advanced first aid.
