Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at NHS Grampian Estates Department. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support services within our hospital and healthcare facilities in Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working collaboratively with other tradespeople to achieve common goals
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices

Requirements:

  • Completed apprenticeship in plumbing or a related field
  • Experience working as part of a maintenance team, with a focus on water hygiene and legionella control
  • Knowledge of water service installation and distribution, as well as drainage system operation and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
