Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Courier Specialist to join our dynamic team in Aylesford. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various locations.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £156 - £186.55 per day, plus incentives and a £200 bonus if they have their own van. Additionally, we offer flexible working hours, with the potential to work up to 6 days per week (9hrs per day). Our weekly pay structure provides a stable income, and we also offer mobile phone allowance and free parking at the depot for personal cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality delivery services to customers, completing approximately 80 drops per day in the first week, increasing week-on-week thereafter.
  • Loading your own van at the start of each shift is a major part of this role.

Requirements:

  • You must be aged 21 or above.
  • A full and valid UK/EU driving licence for at least 1 year is required, and we accept manual licences.
  • This position requires you to be self-employed, and parcel delivery experience is an added advantage.
