About the Role

A reputable care facility in the Glasgow region is seeking a qualified RGN, RMN, or RNLD to take on the role of Charge Nurse. In this position, you will be responsible for leading shifts, coordinating patient care, and mentoring junior nursing staff, thereby playing a crucial role in the daily operations of the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage nursing shifts effectively.
  • Coordinate care plans and ensure high standards of nursing practice.
  • Support and guide junior nursing staff in their professional development.
  • Maintain excellent communication with patients, families, and team members.
Qualifications

To be considered for this Charge Nurse position, candidates must possess:

  • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN, or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing practices.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
