About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gas Engineer to join our team as a Boiler Breakdown Specialist. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for undertaking servicing, fault-finding, and repair on our premium boilers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake regular servicing and maintenance of our boilers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough fault-finding and repair work on our boilers, using your expertise and knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of field service activities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in gas engineering, heating engineering, or boiler engineering, with a strong background in fault-finding and repair.
  • Hold ACS Core and Boilers certification (CCN1 and CEN1) and be able to use a multi-meter.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
