We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Arbuthnot Yon. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in shaping the business's commercial strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on commercial legal projects, including procurement and supply agreements, partnerships, and large-scale projects
  • Provide expert advice on governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
  • Work closely with the General Counsel and wider business to drive business strategy and operations
  • Develop and implement effective legal solutions to complex commercial problems

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of PQE in commercial law, with experience in in-house or private practice
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, governance, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
