Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Services Manager to join our team at CBRE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical services, including reactive and chargeable works, within the NHS Cambridgeshire Community Services Trust (CCST) and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Foundation Trust (CPFT) contracts. This is a key appointment within the Business Unit, requiring a strong leader with a clear understanding of financial and operational procedures.

As Mechanical Services Manager, you will manage Line management responsibility for the Engineering Team and/or Operational Support Team, ensuring statutory compliance and planned & reactive maintenance. You will also be responsible for managing the supply chain - including sub-contractors and suppliers, managing and submitting monthly reports and compliance information to the Account Manager/Director, and supporting the Account Manager/Director. Additionally, you will manage WIP - including scheduling works, access arrangements, completion of works, answering financial queries, and updating the overall WIP report with the support of the Lead Contract Support.
