Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Control and Financial Reporting: You will be responsible for cost control and financial reporting tasks, including analyzing quotations, preparing construction cost analysis, and assessing site staffing levels.
- Contract Administration: You will administer contracts, including checking contract drawings, preparing tender documentation, and negotiating contract sums.
- Communication and Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments, including Land, Development, and Construction, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Quantity Surveying Experience: You will have experience in quantity surveying, including knowledge of construction techniques and mixed-tenure schemes.
- Mathematical and Problem-Solving Skills: You will possess a high level of mathematical ability and problem-solving skills, with a methodical and logical approach to your work.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
