Job Title: Art and Photography Educator

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Art and Photography Educator to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both subjects and a passion for teaching and inspiring students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in art and photography to students
  • Develop curriculum materials and assess students' work
  • Provide feedback to support students' learning and development
  • Organise and oversee art exhibitions and photography displays
  • Participate in departmental meetings and school events
Requirements:
  • PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in art and photography
  • Strong background in both subjects and a passion for teaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications or qualifications in art and photography
Working Conditions:

The role involves working full-time hours on a contract basis in an educational setting. The educator will collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents to ensure a positive learning experience. Some evening or weekend work may be required for school events and exhibitions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
