Job Title: Children and Families Pastor

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual to lead our children and families ministry. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about serving children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that promote spiritual growth and development in children.
  • Collaborate with other church leaders to ensure a cohesive approach to family ministry.
  • Build relationships with children, young people, and their families, providing pastoral care and support as needed.
  • Plan and deliver worship services, sermons, and events that cater to children and families.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of experience in children's ministry, preferably in an Anglican context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and church staff.
  • A deep understanding of Christian doctrine and theology, with the ability to communicate this in a clear and compelling way.
  • A passion for working with children and families, with a commitment to their spiritual growth and development.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is £32,000-£38,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. We also offer a contributory pension scheme.
