Carpentry and Joinery Professional

This Carpenter and Joiner role involves delivering planned and reactive maintenance on a large single site. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering repairs and projects requiring carpentry and joinery.
- Installing and repairing fire doors.
- Advising external contractors on works.
The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds in Carpentry/Joinery.
- Good working knowledge and experience of carpentry and joinery.
- Experience working with fire doors.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
The salary for this position is up to £31,000, dependent on experience, and includes 40 days of holiday (32 days + 8 bank holidays), free on-site parking, and no travelling required due to the static site location.
