About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our Vehicle Dynamics team as a key member of our engineering team. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the development of our luxury cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of vehicle dynamics attributes, including ride, handling, and steering.
  • Collaborate with the Vehicle Motion simulation team to understand how to develop a vehicle virtually, using software tools and driving simulators.
  • Plan and organize vehicle development test trips, ensuring all vehicles and spare parts are at the right location at the right time.
  • Contribute to the creation of vehicle development plans in line with project milestones.
  • Assist in competitor car assessments for benchmarking purposes.
About the Team

Our Vehicle Dynamics team is responsible for three key attributes that make a Bentley drive like a Bentley. We collaborate with the Vehicle Motion team and the wider Research and Design department to specify the chassis technology, playing a key role in supporting the Beyond100 strategy.

What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive or Motorsport Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to integrate quickly within a team.
  • Exposure to Motorsport or vehicle restoration projects is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of virtual development methods is advantageous.
