We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at Everyman, a leading independent cinema brand.


As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will work closely with our Head Chef to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Preparing and cooking food to the highest standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
  • Working effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture

We are looking for someone with a passion for food, customer service, and hospitality. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable, but not essential. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
