About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential Lettings team at Barnard Marcus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate and book valuations to secure new lettings business
  2. Conduct property viewings to showcase our properties and secure lettings agreements
  3. Negotiate agreements with clients to ensure a smooth and successful lettings process
  4. Progress lets through to exchange and completion, ensuring timely and efficient completion of lettings transactions

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success in a target-driven environment
  • Able to generate new business and maintain existing relationships with clients
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships with clients
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
