Building Skills Trainer

We have an exceptional chance for a skilled professional to work with one of the UK's leading training providers in Norfolk. As a Building Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality construction training that leads to CSCS cards for learners and providing employability support.
This role is perfect for those who are passionate about education and possess trade experience in general skills such as plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, plastering, or bricklaying. You will have the opportunity to become a certified tutor through full training provided by our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering construction training sessions to learners
- Providing employability support to trainees
- Maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment
We offer a competitive £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus an attractive benefits package, including life insurance, 30 days annual leave, medical package, and a great pension scheme.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of trade experience in general trade skills
- A Level 3 Teaching qualification (Desired) e.g. AET / PTLLS/ CertEd
- An Assessing qualification L3 or equivalent (desirable)
- A Health and Safety qualification at L3 or above
