About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join our team at a reputable Ofsted 'Good' Primary school in Brent, NW London. As a class teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to students, as well as contributing to the overall development of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach high-quality lessons to Year 6 students, promoting academic excellence and social growth
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans, ensuring clear learning objectives and outcomes
  • Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Participate in parent-teacher conferences, maintaining open communication with parents

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting school initiatives

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive daily rate of £185, paid weekly.
