Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Semi Skilled Handyperson to join our team at our EMEA Knowledge Centre (EKC) facility in Hatfield.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations: Ensure the reliable and compliant operation of building and utility services across the EKC facility.
• Building Fabric Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of building fabrics to uphold regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Utility Supervisor and other stakeholders to achieve site-wide objectives.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in building maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
• Qualifications: Relevant vocational qualifications in building maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
