Senior Contracts Manager Opportunity

Pettigrew Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in the Central Belt. This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction professional to take on a senior leadership role and contribute to the delivery of a range of retrofit contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement build programmes in line with budget forecasts and business plans.
  • Oversee material call offs for live sites and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage client issues and ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Chair site activity related meetings and liaise with subcontractors and specialists.
  • Attend weekly sales build meetings and liaise with local authorities and utilities.
  • Meet with Health and Safety Inspectors to discuss site issues.
  • Oversee the performance and development of site management staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction leadership roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with site teams.
  • Willingness to travel across the Central Belt.
