About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our dynamic team at mbf. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of financial planners and their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a team of financial planners, ensuring seamless client relationships and efficient operations.
  • Prepare and process new business applications and client documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle client queries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with the preparation of client review meetings and reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties as required, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Support the wider team with various administrative tasks and projects, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services role, with a strong understanding of financial planning software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A reasonable commuting distance from the office location for the training period.
