Recovery Team Lead Psychiatrist

About the Role
We are excited to share a part-time Consultant role that has become available permanently within our Recovery team covering a large geographic area.
The Recovery team provides secondary care General Adult Psychiatric input to a diverse population, alongside a selection of independent functional teams including Crisis Teams, Assertive Outreach, Early Intervention, Perinatal Service, and the Eating Disorders teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership to the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and oversight to the work of the Specialty Doctor.
- Take part in a trust on-call rota combined general adult/old age/CYPS and learning disability countywide, pro rata.
- Cover a large population in primary care within the Integrated Locality Partnership.

Key Requirements
- GMC Specialist Register, or eligible for such inclusion (within 6 months)
- Higher specialist training or extensive UK experience in acute psychiatry
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- MRCPsych
- Experience of recovery working at consultant or advanced trainee level
