Deputy Store Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our Hemel Hempstead store team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment. Key Accountabilities:
  • Deliver against sales targets and KPIs.

  • Manage and develop a team of store assistants.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and processes.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and knowledge of current fashion trends.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
