Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • SUPPORTING THE LOGISTICS TEAM by ensuring continued high levels of service to customers
  • ASSISTING IN PLANNING DRIVERS' ROUTES to ensure efficient transportation of goods
  • CARRYING OUT ADMIN SUPPORT FOR LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE FUNCTIONS to maintain accurate records
  • MAINTAINING RECORDS FOR STOCK MANAGEMENT PURPOSES to ensure seamless inventory control
  • ASSISTING WITH CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT throughout the department to support the Transport and Logistics Manager in driving system improvements

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to build good working relationships with the Logistics Team and other departments across the business.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT, with a strong focus on customer service
  • ARTICULATE COMMUNICATION SKILLS, with a confident telephone manner
  • EXCELLENT IT AND ADMIN SKILLS, including Microsoft packages and ideally ACT (or a similar CRM)
  • STRONG RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING ABILITIES to develop positive working relationships
  • GOOD TIME-MANAGEMENT SKILLS to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A DRIVE FOR ACHIEVEMENT, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
