Galaxy Personnel is currently recruiting for a CNC Miller/Manual Miller to work in a machine shop near Thetford, Norfolk. This permanent position requires the candidate to have ideal experience as a time served toolmaker.

Job Description:

  1. Set up, operate, and program CNC milling machines
  2. Maintain machinery and report defects to management
  3. Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations
  4. Review and interpret engineering schematics and technical drawings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Time served toolmaking experience, preferably with Hurco or ProtoTrak machinery
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery
  • Valid driving license necessary due to business location

Salary Details: Our client offers an estimated annual salary of £16,600 - £18,000, based on a standard working week.
