Your new company is a Global leader in mining and manufacturing, based in a major city. This role will require you to be in the office 5 days a week. Your new role is to provide proactive support to the UK CFO, with duties including:

  • Being responsible for diary and email management, with an understanding of business context to enable appropriate prioritisation
  • Coordinate and organise business and team meetings, room bookings, and invites
  • Produce presentations, reports and meeting agendas, taking notes when required
  • Arrange and co-ordinate business travel
  • Provide end to end purchasing and expense management support
  • Monitor, track and action tasks, escalating and delegating where appropriate
  • Lead and assist in project-based workflow where required
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship within the wider team to ensure the leader is well placed to deliver its mission.


What you'll need to succeed

  • You must have previous experience supporting a senior leader within a global business, ideally within the finance function.
