Job Role

The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for managing projects ranging from £1 million to £6 million, focusing on bespoke residential refurbishments and new builds in the Southeast region.

  • Cost management and reporting

  • Subcontractor and supplier management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a main contractor or consultancy/PQS firm
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
