About This Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Assistant to join our team at Head Office. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and support to our staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware, software, and application support in Windows/Mac environments
- Manage and resolve IT incidents, working with third-party partners as needed
- Support mobile devices, including point-of-sale Android tablets and iOS phones
- Manage support processes, including onboarding and offboarding, and access requests
- Collaborate with third-party partners to ensure externally managed incidents are addressed within agreed SLAs
- Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and shared with support partners as needed
Requirements
Essential skills include a passion for IT, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience working in a Windows-based support role. Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 products is also required. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
Desirable skills include experience with POS software, Microsoft Endpoint, and AV, mail, and web filtering software.
