Salary: AU$120,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

We're seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and support the development of software applications in an Agile environment to collect data, analyze it and allow our customers to make information-aware decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Identify training and development needs for the team and individual team members as required.
  • Support teams in the day-to-day operation of their lean-agile practices.

The successful candidate will have practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams, thorough knowledge of agile principles, practices and methods, particularly Scrum, and holds an advanced Scrum Master certification. Experience of Agile Coaching or qualifications including ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC or ICE-AC is also desirable.
