We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Linkster Recruitment. Our client, a leading FMCG company based in Lichfield, is renowned for its superior product quality and industry-leading standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing site electrical installations and upgrades, attending to electrical breakdowns, and performing maintenance, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). They will also conduct routine electrical maintenance on heavy engineering equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently
  • Producing and developing engineering drawings and specifications
  • Collaborating with seasoned engineers on engineering projects

Requirements for the role include:

  • A HNC or equivalent electrical engineering qualification
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary package, starting at 32k, with structured increases to 35k and 37k after successful completion of 6 and 12 months respectively. They will also have opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Day shift working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, with overtime opportunities paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
