High-Voltage Technician

We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team in Armagh. As an Electrical Installation and Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests on electrical installations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and completing reports.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and testing electrical installations to identify any defects or issues.
- Completing reports and certifications using our cloud-based certification software.
- Ensuring all reports and certification are completed and submitted on time.
- Carrying out LED lighting replacements in accordance with the project schedule.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evening/twilight shifts.
- Willingness to travel to sites across ROI and stay overnight when required.
- Full UK Driving Licence, with 6 points or less.
- SVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification OR equivalent Level 3 NVQ.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
- City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395.
- AM2 or equivalent.
- IPAF 3a & 3b licence.
- Good level of IT literacy.
- Experience in an electrical testing environment.
- Experience with Electrical installation/project work, specifically commercial lighting replacements.
- Understanding of UK Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
Salary and Benefits:
- A base salary of £39,312 with average earnings of circa £50,350.
