Job Overview:
As a Bar Staff member at Compass Group UK, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients. About the Position:
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and tidy bar area. You will also be responsible for receiving and processing payments, representing the company, and complying with relevant regulations. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a smart appearance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food to delight our customers
- Maintain an effective bar service with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient service
- Keep the bar area clean and tidy
- Have a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how to prepare them, and how they should be presented
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Be an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
- Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations

What We Offer:
