Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Support Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a thriving and diverse school in South West London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in Key Stage 1 and 2, providing a high standard of support to students and contributing to the delivery of a creative curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in planning, delivering, and monitoring work to meet the needs of students in the class.
  • Provide individualized support to students, adapting to their individual learning abilities and needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff.
  • Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
