Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Taco Chef to join our team at Las Iguanas. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and producing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and co-ordinating service for one or more sections of our kitchen
  • Collaborating with the team to produce dishes in compliance with our specifications
  • Leading by example and developing junior team members
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
