We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Agency Complex Care Assistant in Crawley. This exciting opportunity involves supporting a young man with highly complex needs, requiring physical demands from the successful candidate.



As an Agency Care Assistant with Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts, receiving pay rates starting from £14.01 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role, including access to NVQs for further development.

  • Requirements:



  • Be over 18 years old to apply
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be a UK resident (we cannot offer sponsorship)
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
  • Possess excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of the sector
  • Be able to build strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
  • Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
