Job Summary

The Business Data and Engagement Analyst role involves tackling complex business situations to identify problems and opportunities from a comprehensive perspective. This position requires collaboration with operational stakeholders to choose appropriate analysis techniques and manage the scope, requirements, and prioritisation of medium-sized initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate business situations with complexity and ambiguity, adopting a holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the selection of the approach and techniques to be used for business situation analysis, engaging and collaborating with operational stakeholders.
Essential Skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading successful business analysis activities.
  • A proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and manage project plans to deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools, such as Tableau.
  • Proficient IT skills across the Microsoft suite, including creating, updating, and consolidating documents.
  • Good understanding of data modelling using standard methodology.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in building reports and dashboards.
  • Experience of working with databases.
  • Process improvements and presentation/report writing.
