Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team in Northamptonshire, who will play a key role in supporting our HR Business Partners and delivering best-in-class service to our employees.

As a key member of our small and efficient HR team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and consistent HR provision to all employees.

You will work closely with our HR Business Partners to deliver inductions, employee lifecycle administration, training initiatives, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and general advice to managers and employees on HR matters.
  • Deliver HR administration within the HR remit.
  • Support our HR Business Partners with employee lifecycle administration, training initiatives, and payroll administration.

Requirements

  • CIPD 3 qualified (or currently studying).
  • An excellent working knowledge of HR in the workplace, with a hands-on, practical approach.
  • Thorough understanding of UK employment legislation, HR policy, and process.

What We Offer
