Nursing Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and methodical Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead to join our team at a Nursing Home in Witham, which provides residential and nursing care, and specialises in high dependency, intermediate and long-term palliative care and end of life care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager and will have a passion for delivering positive change and best practice within an elderly nursing home environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence and best practice
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care

We offer a competitive salary of £48k, 37.5 hour week, and a range of benefits including 33 days of annual leave, preferential dental and health contributory rates, and comprehensive induction and training opportunities.
