Education Support Specialist

Nova Training, a renowned education provider with over 30 years of experience, seeks an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to support students with special educational needs in a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with tutors to deliver high-quality education and training programs
- Provide tailored support to students in the classroom and on outdoor activities/trips
The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge in English and Maths, with a minimum of 1 year's experience as a Teaching Assistant in an education setting. Relevant qualification or training in Special Education is essential.
Requirements:- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Teaching Assistant in an education setting
- Relevant qualification or training in Special Education
- Previous experience working with learners who have an EHCP would be beneficial
- Passion for teaching and learning
- Confidence in supporting planning and assessing, being creative and proactive
Full UK Driving License is required for this role. We prioritize safeguarding all learners and staff, conducting thorough screening including DBS checks and verification of entitlement to work in the UK.
