Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at AuB Talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development from within the construction, demolition, or remediation sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and generate sales in the construction waste services, including contaminated soils, filter cakes, and asbestos waste.
* Build strong commercial relationships across your region and develop a deep understanding of the market trends and customer needs.
* Collaborate with the Operations teams to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure regular face-to-face customer visits.
* Maintain knowledge and awareness of the competitive environment and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
* Proven track record as a Business Development Manager from within the construction, demolition, or remediation sectors.
* Technical waste understanding from these sectors.
