Key Responsibilities
- Lead a section of the kitchen during evening service, maintaining exceptional standards of food service and leadership.
- Supervise, train, and develop Commis and Demi Chefs, providing a gradual succession and learning path for these team members.
- Collaborate with senior members of the team to develop new seasonal menus and suggest innovative menu ideas.
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Night Chef or equivalent role, with a strong background in culinary leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to remain positive and composed in challenging situations, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
