Civils Compliance Specialist

Crown Highways Limited is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Auditor to oversee the compliance of our civils department. Working alongside our Compliance Manager, the Compliance Auditor will undertake site visits and audits in line with our competency procedures and provide site technical support for our delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the compliance of Civils requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with our procedures and processes.
  • Provide site technical support for our operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our competency procedures and processes.
  • Collate and manage data to complete company, client, and certification reporting.
  • General office support duties, including answering phone calls and taking messages.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 NVQ in civils and/or plant.
  • Experience of site works, preferably in highways.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
