We are seeking a skilled and experienced gang to work on a variety of projects, including deep drainage, hard landscaping, laying pipes, and digging trenches. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of these tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of skilled ground workers, including a 360 operative with lifting operations below and above 10T, and at least one with a roller/dumper ticket.
- Ensure all team members have the necessary safety critical medical certifications.
- Manage the gang's workload and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with other site teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement measures to prevent accidents.
- Minimum of 2-3 skilled ground workers with a roller/dumper ticket and safety critical medical certification.
- 1 x 360 operative with lifting operations below and above 10T and safety critical medical certification.
- Potential for 1 skilled groundwork labourer.
- Basic DBS check prior to starting on site.
- CSCS verified site cards.
Please note that due to the high security of this site, all candidates will be required to undergo a basic DBS check prior to starting work.
