About the Role
The Education and Care Team Member will work closely with colleagues to plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities for individuals or groups. They will monitor, assess, record, and report on pupils' progress, achievement, and development. The successful candidate will also liaise with parents to support with pupils' learning and contribute to/lead meetings with parents to provide constructive feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to model and promote positive values, attitudes, and behaviour. A willingness to be fully involved in the life of the academy is essential. This post is for 32.5 hours per week term time only, with some flexibility required during school holidays and INSET days.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £19,533.00 - £20,820.00 per annum (Annually). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
