Lead Automotive Technician:We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team as a Lead Technician. This role involves leading a team of technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss workflow, goals, and challenges
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective repair plans
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
• 3+ years of automotive experience or completion of a vocational-technical program
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
• Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
