Lead Kitchen Team Member Opportunity

At Stonegate Group, we're seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at The Snooty Fox, a Grade-II listed pub in Kirkby Lonsdale. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in our business success, developing skills to become a future Kitchen Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification.
  • Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and management of supplies to maintain a high standard of food quality and safety.
  • Ensure the kitchen is in excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve the kitchen's performance and contribute to the success of the pub.
