The role of the Community Mental Health Hub Manager:

* Manage and provide inspirational leadership to all staff within the Hub, including expertise in practice support, change management, and communication to a variety of stakeholders.
* Oversee the development and testing of practice and systems to manage the high demand for the service.
* Be responsible for the development of Hub staff through supervision, appraisal, solution-focused leadership, and coaching.
* Ensure the team delivers great practice for all customers, monitoring and developing new structures to feedback to stakeholders.
* Manage complaints, investigations, and incidents using a professional, common-sense approach.

Person Specification:

* Current professional registration with the appropriate body in healthcare or social work or relevant professional clinical qualification.
* Trained in Clinical Supervision and Providing Clinical Supervision.
* Experience of working with patients with complex needs in the specialist field.
* Experience working with patients who display risk behaviours.
* Evidence of delivering supervision.
* Working knowledge of the legal framework and statutory obligations under the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and other relevant legislation.
* Risk assessment and management knowledge and its application in practice.
* Evidence of training in Quality Improvement methodology or coaching.
* Inter-agency and partnership working experience.
* Knowledge of current issues relating to health needs of patients in the field of practice.
* The Trust's Quality Improvement system (QIS) knowledge.
