We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Domestic Abuse Specialist Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of IDVA's, managing referrals, and providing emotional support and guidance to individuals affected by domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of IDVA's and manage referrals to ensure effective delivery of care to service users.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals affected by domestic abuse, working closely with other agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
- Manage a caseload of service users, liaising with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, building trust and confidence in our team.
- Previous experience working with victims of domestic abuse or suitable transferable skills.
- Good knowledge of legislation and domestic abuse support strategies.
- Desirable criteria: experience leading a team within a domestic abuse service and IDVA qualification.
- Weekly pay through our internal payroll system.
