Key Responsibilities
  • Support children in their daily routines, including personal care, and promote their independence and well-being.
  • Build positive relationships with children based on mutual respect, trust, and open communication.
  • Provide education and guidance to children, enabling them to make informed choices about their care and develop essential life skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working with children and young people, particularly those with additional needs.
  • Knowledge of relationships and their impact on children's lives.
  • Ability to work holistically, delivering care and support within a relationship-based practice.
