About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Partner to join our team in Canterbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and lettings growth, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and improve operational and financial results within your designated area
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability
- Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
- Engage in local marketing initiatives to promote our brand and services
- Work independently to maintain a strong brand reputation and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities for referrals and growth
- Implement and maintain operational planning and financial control systems
- Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
- Proven track record in the residential lettings industry with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Strong knowledge of Canterbury and surrounding areas with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator with a proven ability to build new client relationships and maximize revenue
- Basic salary up to £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
- On-target earnings of £70,000 per year
- Fully uncapped commission scheme
- Guaranteed monthly commission amount while building your pipeline
- Remote working opportunities with a company car and mobile phone
- Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development
