Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a Clinical Lead role within our Perinatal Service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload and overseeing the work of Band 6 Occupational Therapists in other subteams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a clinical caseload within the East team
  • Oversight of Band 6 OTs in other subteams across the perinatal service
  • Drive the development and growth of Occupational Therapy within the Perinatal Team
  • Contribute to the development of occupational therapy services and policies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Experience as an Occupational Therapist in a perinatal setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
